PDFCompact (https://pdfcompact.com) is a browser-based PDF utility suite that lets anyone compress, convert, merge, split, edit, sign, and protect PDF files without installing software or creating an account. Files never leave the user's device because all operations run via WebAssembly and PDF.js inside the browser tab.
